What it is
Four parallel lists — Tracks (music), SFX, Voice (VO lines), Ambient (loops). Each entry has a name, description, status, and optional audio file. Linked-assets on Characters can also attach voice clips that show up here.
When to use it
- Cataloguing every audio piece the game needs before recording.
- Tracking which SFX are implemented vs. placeholder.
- Sharing a track list with a composer including style notes per piece.
- Cross-referencing voice lines back to the characters who deliver them.
How to use it
- 1Pick a list (Tracks / SFX / Voice / Ambient) and click "+ Add".
- 2Set name, description, status. Upload the audio file if you have it.
- 3Status flow: Design → Recorded → Mastered → In Game.
- 4Cross-link voice entries to characters via the dropdown.
Tips you should know
- →Audio files share the project's storage budget — videos and audio are the heaviest assets.
- →Voice clips linked from a Character's Linked Assets show up automatically in the Voice list.
- →Status filtering helps the audio lead see what's outstanding before each milestone.
- →No inline player yet — clicking an entry opens the file in a new tab.
