What it is
Reads your Game Basics, Characters, Mechanics, Objectives, Locations, and Lore and renders a publisher-ready pitch document. Preview in the browser; export to PDF via the browser print dialog. Honours custom export templates (Team plan) for branding.
When to use it
- Preparing for a publisher meeting, gamejam submission, or investor pitch.
- Quickly producing a polished overview for a contractor or new team member.
- Generating a shareable handout for playtest sessions.
- Showing stakeholders the current state of the GDD without inviting them into the editor.
How to use it
- 1Open Pitch Maker — it pulls everything from your other modules automatically.
- 2Check the readiness panel: each section is green when it has content, grey when empty.
- 3Click Preview to open the pitch in a new tab; review the layout before printing.
- 4Click Export PDF to trigger the browser's "Save as PDF" dialog.
- 5On Team plan, pick a custom template from the sidebar to apply your branding.
Tips you should know
- →Empty modules are silently skipped — fill Basics → Characters → Mechanics first for a useful pitch.
- →PDF export is Pro+ (Free users get the preview only).
- →Custom templates control accent colour, logo, hero subtitle, footer, and which sections appear.
- →The pitch document caps characters/mechanics/locations to a sane number so the PDF doesn't balloon to 50 pages — adjust your template if you want more.
