What it is
A loose backlog for ideas not yet ready to be tasks. Each entry has a title, description, priority, status (backlog / assigned / done), tags, and votes from project members. Promote an idea to a real task when it graduates.
When to use it
- Capturing random thoughts from team chat or playtests before they're lost.
- Letting the team vote on which experimental ideas to prioritise.
- Tagging ideas by feature area (combat / story / polish) for grouped review.
- Triaging ideas into "build now" vs. "park for later".
How to use it
- 1Click "+ New Idea" — title + 1-line description.
- 2Members can upvote by clicking the count.
- 3Move through status: backlog → assigned → done.
- 4Promote a winning idea to a Task Board entry via the "→ Task" button.
Tips you should know
- →Status + priority are lowercase strings (backlog / medium / etc.) — that's the only valid form.
- →Votes are per-user — a user can only vote once per idea, click again to remove.
- →Tags drive the filter chips at the top of the page.
- →Promoting an idea creates a task linked back to the original — the idea row stays for history.
